Use your Flavor Passport to keep track of the ones you love, learn how to taste rhum and hear the story behind Topper’s. Watch our team prepare Drunken Chicken and Banana Firecracker Flambé, then try both dishes for yourself. Finish with a bite of rhum cake and browse the shop for a bottle of your favorite flavor to take home.

Boardwalk Beach & Rhum Escape

Pair your tasting with a day on the beach in Philipsburg. Your beach chair and umbrella are reserved, so you can take a swim, explore the Boardwalk and come back to your spot by the water. The package includes the full Topper’s Rhum Tasting Experience, a selection of drinks and a BBQ lunch. Choose chicken, ribs or a little of both, served with rhum punch or fruit punch.
